DESCRIPTION:Full Moon Winterfest\nDO TO RAIN/FOG WE HAVE CHANGED THE DATE OF THIS EVENT FROM FRIDAY 1/26 TO SATURDAY 1/27\nJoin the Northern Kettle Moraine Nordic Ski Club for an evening of winter fun for the family at Greenbush Recreation Area. Bring along your sleds and hit the sledding hill. Use your snow shoes on the single-track trails inside loops 1, 2, 3 and 4. (Note, these are shared trails.) Use your classic or skate skis on any ski trails in the full moonlight or on the 1.2-mile (modified brown) luminary trail. Bring along a dish to pass in the heated shelter and enjoy gathering at a bonfire and making a s’more courtesy of the ski club.\nPlease note, to facilitate the luminary ski and enjoy the full moon’s effects, the lights at Greenbush will be off from 6-10 p.m. No hiking or snowshoeing is allowed on any ski trail and is not allowed on the luminary trail.
