We call this unique area "Nordic Heaven". Greenbush Ski Area is situated in the heart of the Northern Kettle Moraine State Forest. A mix of hardwoods, evergreens and birch trees along with beautiful panoramic views create a unique winter sports destination for families and sports enthusiasts.

The Ice Age trail provides for some of the most spectacular snowshoeing in the upper Midwest and the inside single track trails provides challenging and picturesque Fat biking and snowshoeing.

The trailhead features a log shelter with ambient heat and a cozy wood stove, tables and chairs and a changing area. Outside, there are picnic tables and a fire pit to warm by after some family sledding on the sledding hill. Bring a lunch and stay for the day!

Come out and experience night-time skiing in Nordic Heaven on our 2k of lighted trails. Join our ski club, follow us on Instagram or on Facebook to learn about and participate in our winter fun events.

We are working in cooperation with the DNR to Create an excellent skier experience at Greenbush.
